School

Alright, so I have almost made it through my first two weeks of my LAST semester! Yeah. I think I have got everything under control. My biology class is taking the majority of my time. I am struggling! Right now we are reviewing tissues and next wednesday I have a test on the endocrine system. Uh yeah, I don't even know what he was talking about in lecture, so I might be in a little bit of trouble. Luckily I have lots of friends who have taken biology so I am just reading the endocrine chapter in a bunch of different text books and lab manuels. Hopefully that will help.

I ordered all of my books last week, but have not gotten any of them yet. They better get here soon, teachers are expecting us to have them by nex week. On the up side, I walked through the door of a campus "feast and fest" (where all the clubs are there and the school provides lunch) and entered my name for a door prize, walked away and right then they drew my name. I won a $25 gift card to the book store. That paid for my lab manuel. Yeah! also I was just remembering that last year I won a gift package from that same event. I never win anything. Funny.

Congrats to mom for passing her first test! She also answered a question (correctly) out loud in class that the teacher said no other student has ever gotten right. It must be all those years of experience she's got! Way to go Ma'
