Me? Procrastinate....

This picture explains what kind of day I am having....thinking of all I have to do and just wondering how I have always done it in the past! :)

So I always say that I am going to be on top of things and get things done before the deadline. You know, like the saying that says "never put off til tomorrow what you can do today." (unless it's Sunday, then I have an excuse to put it off...but that is the procrastinator in me). So I have been trying to do that, but it is not working. My motto is more like "The procrastinators support group has been postponed." I don't know why. I can't explain it. I hate the pressure of assignments and callings and events piling up on me, but I just wait til the last minute. You would think I would learn, but no.

Since the first day of school I have had a paper due September 17(almost one month to write it) and I have only written a third of it. It is only 3 pages, double spaced, not a big one, but the stress it is causing me is ridiculous. If I had just gotten it done, I could have been burden free. I also am doing the FHE kick-off for the physical activity program tomorrow. I have been scrambling around for workout equipment all night. I have had a ton of help from people in the ward, I couldn't have gotten it organized without them. Here is the link to our calendar to see all the fun stuff we have planned for the next 6 weeks, just in case you are wondering what we will be doing.

The good news, is that I have always worked this way so I seem to handle it pretty well. NO BIGGIE!!!! I know that if I read my scriptures in the morning and say my prayers that I am always ok and I just keep on pluggin away...I always just think of how blessed I am to be able to be so busy, and then I don't feel so bad.

We had stake conference today, it was nice to have a Sunday! Going to church at 1, I don't feel like I ever have a day to just rest. I went to Jane's for lunch. It was yummy, thanks.

I like your motto. I want to join that support group too. What day is the next meeting?
