The Bat!

So the new bat seems to be working for me. I am officially out of my hitting slump. (Slum???) Anyway, I hit the ball hard tonight, although some were caught or should have been, they are going farther and harder, YEAH!!!

We were getting killed by a team and I got up and hit an in field 3-run homer!!! It is hard for girls to do that in the co-ed league, so I was pretty excited!!

I am meeting with the executive director of the Maricopa Youth Council something, something, something and physical activity tomorrow. I will be an intern there starting in may and doing that until I have worked 300 hours. I am excited about it. I will be working with groups all over the valley to try and increase physical activity in schools to decrease childhood obesity.

Got to study for another test, big shocker.
