Sorry Jane :)

Ok, Ok, so I have been a little behind. Sorry.

Last week I had mid terms, and a paper due. It was really bad! I don't remember being that stressed in a long time, probably since my finals last semester. The mid terms were in my two hardest classes, nutrition and epidemiology in physical activity. The epidemiology class is not hard, but the teacher is the head of the dept and this is his last semester. His teaching style is horrible. Everyone in the class hates him and he really is a jerk. He will jump from subject to subject and not finish sentences and it is really hard to take notes. There is so much more to it, but I won't bore you with details...the class is just really bad. Anyway, I took my tests and turned in my paper and then went to play in my softball games.

I am in a hitting slump, it is horrible. I even struck out!!!! Although I have perfected a full swing bunt!!!! It is crazy, but it sikes the other team out and then I can run fast enough to get to first. Bud plays on our team and he always hits behind me. What is bad about that, is he always hits it so far (he's my homerun hitter) so I always am on a dead sprint from first to home. And I have to keep running to he doesn't catch up! It's pretty funny.

Bud's brother and his wife came to town this weekend for spring training. We all went to the Padre's/Rockies' game yesterday. It looked like it was going to be a nice day, and then the sun came out and it was sooooo hot. Betty crutt swack?? It that how you would spell that??? Heather help me out :) ha ha Mom, dad and molly met us there. We ate at Miracle Mile and played games last night. It was fun.

Today, I went to church at 9:00 and now I am waiting for Bud to come get me. We are going go visit his family in Carlsbad. SPRING BREAK!!!! yeah! I need a break for sure. I took pictures, but I can't load them, because I am updating my ipod for the trip. i will be sure to take a lot on the trip. The weather should be nice and we have no plans...other than I want to go to Horton Plaza to shop and to eat at Boudin's Bread place (if that is how you spell it???) and I we are planning to see Road Hogs while we are there. We decided last night that we are going to leave early enough on Wed. to make it back to play in our softball games that night.

I work on Thursday and Friday and then we are having our family date night (kind of) on Saturday. We are having Corned Beef and Cabbage at Mom's and then going to the Science Center for the Body Worlds exhibit, everyone says that it is mind blowing...can't wait.
